   CytomX Therapeutics-Astellas Pharma collaboration for developing novel T cell bispecific therapeutic using CytomX\'s proprietary Probody platform (Probody® therapeutics) for a previously undruggable target Project Mangement tasks • Overall project lead responsible for developing the data package for nominating a T cell bispecific as a clinical candidate. Led project end to end from antibody screening to efficacy evaluation and finally to selection of leads for toxicology studies in NHP • Organized project workstreams and coordinated efforts across functional groups (including protein engineering, protein sciences and pharmacology-toxicology), to ensure availability of high quality Probody® therapeutic candidates and tracked progress to meet strict client driven project deadlines • Coordinated with CROs to arrange the antibody campaign, shipment of samples and for communication of data to select the lead molecule • Led internal and client meetings to ensure alignment of x-functional teams towards key project deliverables identifying key risks and critical path delays. Scientific Research tasks • Led hybridoma screening efforts to identify novel antibodies for the target and proposed lead candidates to be engineered in T cell bispecific formats • Developed tools for the screening novel T cell bispecifics in vitro assays and conducted a data driven prioritization of lead T cell bispecific candidates for efficacy evaluation studies • Designed in vivo studies for efficacy evaluation of lead T cell bispecific candidates and proposed lead candidates for safety evaluation in non human primates • Trained an RA on various lab techniques and mammalian cell culture routinely required for a client project. The training enabled the RA to become an independent contributor for part of the project • Hired and mentored a senior year summer intern. Designed a project and trained her on various lab techniques and in vitro assays
