Sonali Nagariya is a Final year law student with a strong interest in the areas of banking finance, corporate transactions, private equity, and venture capital. Her recent internship with Klaw allowed her to delve into various topics, including NFTs, smart contracts, cryptographic keys, 3-in-1 accounts, and different licenses required for establishing various plants. Through her involvement with several journals and law firms, she has honed her research, writing, and analytical skills.Other than law Sonali is interested in making art.She believes in the philosophy espoused by Jim Rohn:\"Don\'t join an easy crowd; you won\'t grow. Go where the expectations and demands to perform are high.\" In her view, committing to choosing the right way over the easy way can help individuals grow not just as professionals, but also as people.
