My approach is empathetic, safe, and non-judgmental, helping clients feel truly heard while gently guiding them toward awareness and meaningful change.Through Healing Thoughts and Souls, I offer individual and relationship counselling, along with emotional wellness support. I also collaborate with organizations and institutions to deliver counselling services and mental health workshops that nurture resilience, emotional intelligence, and healthier workplaces.I believe emotional wellbeing begins with awareness and grows through connection.
