Currently pursuing Masters in Finance from Purdue University, US, graduating in May\' 2024. Experienced Transfer Pricing (TP) consultant and a Chartered Accountant by profession with experience of advising multinationals (primarily US headquartered corporations) in varied industry domains with business restructuring, tax efficient transaction flows, devising inter group pricing policies, service arrangements and flow of IP across the supply chain. Have worked for over 5 years with PwC India\'s TP practice and did my CA internship for 3 years with KPMG India (TP). I did my undergrad in BCom (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.With extensive working experience in TP planning and economic modelling, coupled with in depth knowledge of principles and emerging technologies on Finance, I am equipped to work on financial and business structuring, tax strategy and other complex issues involving economics and financial principles.
