Having 27 years of experience in the IT industry, played a multitude of roles from a developer, designer, consultant, program manager to global engagement leader. Have worked as an Engineering consultant prior to being engaged in 2 IT product organizations and one of the largest IT outsourcing companies in the world. Lead a product platform initiative in Automation and AI space as part of Automation COE. Presently leading delivery of digital programs that impacts customer\'s business landscape.In last 6 years, have lead two key product development programs. Global business experience cutting across IT, Infrastructure and Business process have helped evangelizing teams and transforming ideas to market. In last two decades, have worked across Financial, Telecom, Retail, Hospitality and Consumer Goods industries.As a leader have propelled diverse workforce to bring in their best and enjoy their workplace. Had volunteered to render leadership to establish the PMI Chapter in the region for the PM community to benefit. Passionate about creative writing and have two fiction publications.
