Application Specialist – Medical SimulationAs an Application Specialist, I manage the full spectrum of patient simulation solutions, supporting the implementation, operation, and optimization of high-fidelity medical simulation systems. My role involves working closely with healthcare educators and clinical teams to ensure effective utilization of simulation technology for training, assessment, and research.Key Responsibilities:1. Deliver comprehensive training sessions and workshops for medical and nursing professionals, educators, and students on patient simulation systems and scenarios.2.Provide technical and application support, ensuring seamless operation of simulation equipment and software.3. Customize simulation scenarios to meet specific clinical training objectives.4. Collaborate and support sales, clinical, and technical teams to support pre- and post-sales activities.5. Stay current with advancements in simulation-based education and integrate best practices into training and support strategies.6. Assist in the development of simulation labs and contribute to curriculum integration planning.This role allows me to bridge clinical education and technology, improving healthcare outcomes through effective simulation-based training.
