I’m a true people person with over 15 years in Human Resources, and my career journey reflects a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. I began as an HR Generalist, handling the full spectrum of HR functions—from recruitment and training to performance management and employee engagement. My transition into specialized recruitment opened doors to work with esteemed clients across industries like Electrical, Auto Ancillary, and Infrastructure. A career highlight was a global assignment with Verizon, where I had the privilege of sourcing top talent for roles ranging from Principal Security Consultant to Solution Architect. This role enriched my cross-cultural and cross-functional expertise, unlocking access to some of the best minds across Cloud Computing, Managed Services, and IT Solutions. At Larsen & Toubro Infotech and later Cognizant, I embraced dual roles in lateral and campus hiring, leading teams to secure leadership and niche talent in the BFSI and technology sectors. My recent stints at Tata Communications and Globant have allowed me to refine my strategic approach, including spearheading diversity initiatives, mentoring new recruiters, and leading global recruitment projects. Today, my mission is clear—transform HR into a proactive business partner that drives organizational success while fostering inclusivity and growth.
