As a part of the CFO Office:1] Partnering with the CFO in presenting with operating plans, budget and estimates to managing director at quarterly intervals. 2] Tracked monthly financial KPIs, macroeconomic indicators and performed benchmarking and likewise via PowerBi.3] Performing cost benefit analysis, techno-commercial comparison and structured cost strategies for partnering with vendors to undertake cost optimization project.4] Evaluate business performance by performing segment wise analysis, studying industry trends and comparing the pricing strategies with peers for identifying the laggards and leaders and recommending course correction to CFO.5] Responsible for coordination among different departments and know about each of it during the quarterly board meetings to present presentation to the board, which helps me capture the overall view of all departments.As a part of FP & A:1] Carried out the variation analysis of Profit and loss in every quarter for the board meetings which helps me get comfort over the \"Numbers\".2] End-to-end P&L monitoring and analysis during preparation of Revenue Budget, covering revenue, cost, margins.3] Extensively involved in carrying out the automation project in providing data input and running it via PowerBi.
