Roles and Responsibilities:• The project is Norway Base Insurance Project.• The job involves handling end to end process of Commercial Building and Assets Area.• Commercial Building and Assets Area Claims : We handle claims for Commercial Buildings and Assets.• - Registration of claim and accurately recording the details of the customer provided inclaimform and send a confirmation to the customer that your case has been registered.• -Payments to the customers as per received Invoices of the Repairation.• - Vendor payments if vendor is assign to repair the damage as the company services.• -Admendments in Insurance policies.• -Communication with customers through emails.• -Closure of Insurannce policies.• Certified in Norwegian Language.• Monitor the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areasandimplementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.• Reviewing and updating SOPs as per the client’s approval.• Updating Start of the Day and End of the Day work status on daily basis.• Conducting and publishing PKT report monthly.• Making RCA of the Errors and created the action plans.• Knowledge about GDPR.• Maintaining record of attendance and leave trackers of the team.
