Major Achievements: • Directed a 12-month project focusing on the seamless integration of insurance payor with healthcare software, resulting in automated real-time insurance verification for over 90% of eligible patients. • Instrumental in overseeing implementation of the Smart Salama initiative at Dubai Health Authority facilities to enable contactless registration for appointments. • Successfully designed and executed one of the world\'s fastest COVID-19 vaccination campaigns for Dubai Health Authority, resulting in over 80% of Dubai\'s population receiving one dose within a timeframe of less than 6 months. • Over half a Million AED monthly recurring savings (200+ staff hours per day) at DHA by implementing automated scheduling. • Average of 19 day improvement for new patients being seen at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi leading to higher patient satisfaction. • Lead Technical Project Manager for end-to-end rollout of Epic healthcare applications (scheduling, patient portal and revenue integration) for prestigious organizations in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
