I handle any rescheduling or cancellations efficiently, oversee live assessment-day activities, and maintain clear communication with client POCs.Additionally, I design orientation kits for assessors, assist program managers with system-related tasks, and keep detailed trackers for invoices, interventions, and sessions. I also onboard new assessors, facilitate their introduction to our processes, and manage feedback forms post-interventions. I ensure accuracy in invoice management by tallying them in the Consultant/Facilitator tracker for timely processing.
