Solely responsible to manage all the Mergers and Acquisitions activities from Contracts Services point of view for Sanofi. Managing Stakeholders and assigning the tasks to the other team members to meet the deadlines and timelines. My responsibilities include managing various projects and meeting the requirements as requested like Contracts Abstractions, Contracts Mapping to identify the must haves of the agreements, in depth Analysis of the must haves, drafting consent letters basis the purpose of the projects, coordination with the legal and various Suppliers so on and so forth. • Assisting in the selection of relevant templates, drafting, review, and execution of contracts, ensuring contracts comply with all legal guidelines and company policies and procedures. • Managing and monitoring contracts from request to negotiation and execution / renewal, ensuring adherence to the contract lifecycle management core model. • Maintaining an organized and up-to-date contract database/repository, allowing end users to easily search for and track key contract milestones and renewal dates in Coupa CLM Tool. • Working on preparing pre-determined and ad-hoc reports related to Contracting activities (e.g, tax reporting for specific countries, transparency reporting). • Establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder and customer relationships across Sanofi’s Corporate Functions to anticipate contracting needs, continuously improve operations, drive simplification and standardization, and strengthen the control environment. • Identifying potential risks and discrepancies in contracts and work collaboratively to mitigate and resolve. • Drafting various playbooks and guides for different regions to enable smooth processing of contracts.
