As a freelance multimedia journalist I\'ve written for amNY about NYC\'s niche coworking spaces. For Passblue, a women-led independently produced online publication, my stories covered multiple geographies and beats with a focus around the United Nations. I’ve written most recently for Insider (formerly Business Insider) at the intersection of business, technology and culture.My non-english languages include conversational Korean and some basic French. I\'m also a federal Contracting Officer (CO) with over a decade of public service. I hold an unlimited warrant for awarding contracts on behalf of the Public Buildings Service of the General Services Administration covering region 2 (NYC, NJ, Upstate NY, PR and VI). My procurement experience covers multi-faceted and various categories: translation and language services, branded items for marketing, publication printing, editing and copywriting, various goods, event management, executive support services, construction, architecture, engineering, preservation and building operations/maintenance services.    As part of an agency-wide reorganization I am continuing my work on Capital Construction projects above the GSA prospectus threshold as an unlimited warranted Contracting Officer (CO).I\'m awarding and administering contracts for A/E design services, CMa support and design-build or design-bid-build construction contracts under the newly created Northeast Branch in the Office of Acquisition Management, Public Buildings Service, Zone 2. My projects’ geographic coverage is all of New England states as well as DE, NY, NJ, PR, USVI, DC, MD, NC, SC, VA and WV.
