I love to work with human resource domain and as profession I\'m certified HR Generalist and passionate about HR related work and I have 5 years\' experience in human resource and my journey was started as recruiter in placement agency and I have much knowledge about HR process. Last 5 years I\'m working in Gems & Jewellery industry. and company name is Lala Purshottam Das and I felt very grateful I\'m part of LPDJ family as HR generalist. Over here, I manage several HR processes like end-to-end recruitment, Onboarding, KYC & other documentation in HRIS software, Employee data record, Assist in Training, every month do payroll compliance, Monthly basis EPF & ESIC Challan and performance management, Grievances solution. When I\'m on leave and on my weekly off that time I made different cuisine because I love cooking and also, I like travelling so much and In Mar 2022 I visited Mussoorie, Dehradun, Haridwar and explored different kind of cuisine and before this, In feb 2021, I visited Jaipur the Pink City this place is so amazing by food, culture, historical places and markets also. I went there with my colleagues and I really enjoyed that every moment which I was spend in Jaipur.
