With 20+ years across Google/Alphabet, Verily, KIPP Foundation, and my own consulting practice, I\'ve built and scale talent and learning functions that accelerate business outcomes: leadership pipelines that developed hundreds of principals, managers, and executives, company-wide culture transformations, 98% NPS programs. What I Do- For Organizations: I build or transform people and talent infrastructure such as talent performance management, leadership development, succession, manager effectiveness, and culture change- For Executives & Senior Leaders: I offer 1:1 coaching and facilitate transformational team, culture, and relationship building experiences (workshops, offsites, team building) grounded in adult development theory, organizational psychology, helping people lead through complexity, transition, and rapid change. I bring a unique combination of experience as an operator who owned strategy at scale at high-growth tech companies, and the depth of a researcher (Ed.D. Educational Leadership) who understands how to influence behavioral change.
