I am responsible for Talent Acquisition within R&D, focused on global executive level recruitment: • Direct sourcing for senior level vacancies • Developing external talent pipelines for critical roles and succession & capability gaps • Benchmarking the internal talent pool against the external talent marketplace • Managing third party Executive Search partnerships
