A postdoctoral research scholar at the University of Iowa with a subject matter expertise in cancer biology, radiation biology, cellular metabolism; and a Masters in Organic chemistry. Pre-doctoral research experience in designing and setting up organic synthesis schemes for drug precursor molecules. Hands-on research experience in organic chemistry (synthesis); radiation biology and cancer biology provide strong background to explore mechanism of action of drugs (radioactive and non-radioactive targeted small molecules) in pre-clinical in vivo and in vitro cancer models.
