At Ecofy, I’ve worked across both digital loan journeys and customer service innovation. I led the redesign of our loan application process, digitized field investigations, and integrated DigiLocker and selfie triangulation for faster identity verification. I also embedded ML BREs to auto-reject high-risk applications and implemented Trackwizz and Sherlock to enhance fraud detection.On the customer servicing side, I launched a WhatsApp chatbot that connected directly to the LOS and enabled seamless loan detail access. I introduced Gen AI into our welcome calling process and scaled our customer portal registrations by 270% through targeted campaigns. I also streamlined ticket handling to improve TAT and agent efficiency.
