I am an experienced credit underwriting professional and leader with over 13 years in portfolio management, risk assessment, and process improvement. Currently looking over the UP state. My last assignment involved working in part of North & West Zone ( Delhi, Ludhiana and Gujarat) in implementing credit policies, ensuring operational processes are followed, guiding sales teams for better sourcing, managing portfolios, and identifying and mitigating risks. I also focus on market surveys, training, and framing guidelines for effective loan appraisals.My work has been recognized with awards, including Best Region Credit 2018 at Shubham Housing and being part of the Best Regional Credit Team in 2014-15 and 2015-16 at Ujjivan. In the past I have worked in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Haryana, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya.I hold an MBA in Marketing and Finance from SDMIMD Mysore and a Bachelor\'s in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from CCET Bhilai. I am a proud alumni of Delhi Public School Korba. I enjoy frontline interactions, engaging with teams, and providing solutions—either spontaneously or after careful analysis. My role involves extensive collaboration with clients, teams, and cross-functional departments.I am adaptable to different locations and roles as required by the organization. Beyond work, I am passionate about technology, social media, and blogging, with a particular interest in innovations that positively impact society. I firmly believe in the societal marketing concept—serving customer needs while contributing to the greater good.
