   Managing a huge team. Since all the team members are working in Staff Aug manner. Working as an individual contributor but managed a maximum of 15+ folks at a time – all working in different work streams.• She worked as an SME for the Hadoop platform and has assisted the different Business Unit for a banking client during their Teradata decommissioning and migration to Hadoop platform. • Post August 2023 – moved from the Hadoop solutioning team to GCP/ Cloud Solutioning TeamOne of the biggest solutioning she did was for Platform resource allocation for both Hadoop and GCP cloud platform. Worked hand in hand with Product Owners, UI/UX and Development team to make them understand the requirement. As part of solutioning for this product – she performed requirement gathering, documented complete process flow, user journeys, created sample wireframes – of how the front end of the product should look like. She collaborated and worked very closely with the PO – in the designing of this product. She was involved in designing the solution for both Hadoop and cloud platform. She also created C1 architecture diagram which were later taken by the technical team for generating the container/ C2 architecture. she has worked on the Mural/ Drawio tool to create C1 architecture for her solution. Additionally, also has experience of being part of the product strategy journey which included – performing requirement gathering, creating user journey mural with clearly stated product requirements – which can be forwarded for the later solutioning teams. Another huge solution she worked on was for designing a solution for a routing solution for cloud platform. As this solution lacked a user journey. She collaborated & worked with product team – to complete the requirement gathering. Then based on the needs – she drafted and created a the C1/ Contextual diagram. Post review, she gave a solution readout to Platform and analytical product team.
