About Somya Agarwal

I am a biotechnologist with Btech and Mtech degree in Biotechnology. I have numerous exposure to private and government biotechnology research Institutes as a trainee in in learning various biotechnology techniques in my past 6 years of academics and works efficiently with full concentration and analytical logical skills. I was an trainee at MRD life sciences lab Lucknow, CSIR -IHBT lab Palampur, Institute of Agriculture-BHU Varanasi and done various seminar and conferences in my field. I have 3 book chapters as publication till now.Done various projects in campus during masters at Amity University Noida. Keen interest in the biotechnology research field in sectors like agriculture, pharmaceutical, food etc. work experience as a Research Associate in VNR seeds Pvt Ltd in R&D lab in the molecular biotechnology area regarding vegetable crops. I was employed as Assistant Professor at department of Biotechnology, BIET, AKTU -Lucknow and currently working as AP in Amity Institute of Biotechnology at Amity University Raipur Chhattisgarh also pursuing PhD in Biotechnology.
