Setting up and managing operations across multiple LBR research project teams, its deliverables & compliance around SLAs - processes, tools and workflow and to provide leadership, product improvements, project integration and coaching and mentoring.Maintain operational excellence, create content, insight and product strategies. Details include - project management, project migration and integration, managing project risks, and optimizing processes besides providing support on industry research, content analysis, developing best practices, developing market indices and other potential new products, recruitment, appraisals and managing the cost center budget. • Build a roadmap to identify and maintain key projects in line with the strategic objectives of the client• Mentor a team of project managers; Identify and drive improvement projects impacting people, processes and tools across different platforms• Develop and maintain exhaustive annual project plan for assigned projects, map deviations and undertake course correction• Find the critical path to success and clearly define project success criteria• Consult with various stakeholders and process owners to ensure proactive and smooth flow of communication and seamless change management• Lead weekly reporting and project review calls with both internal and external stakeholders
