I have been a career banker with my experiences across 3 banks out of which 2 are foreign banks and 1 private. I had an offer in hand from IDBI Bank in 2009 which I did not join and continued with HSBC though that would have completed my experience across foreign, private and PSU banks. In view of my experience above 17 years in banking, I have had the privilige of seeing the global banking industry evolve particularly in the backdrop of the financial crisis of 2008. I also take a keen interest in the growing impact of digitalisation in the banking industry which is expected to change the face of the industry over the next decade.
