With over 12 years of post-qualification experience in legal and regulatory compliance, Somrita has worked across diverse industries, including insurance, finance, and manufacturing, gaining deep expertise in regulatory compliance, ethics, and regulatory frameworks.Currently, she is an Area Manager – Regulatory Compliance at Tata Steel, one of the largest integrated steel manufacturers in the world.
