Collect feedback from students regarding their course academic experience. Work with other academic representatives to collate feedback and raise them to staff. Communicate and collaborate with staff to come up with feasible solutions to address issues raised by students. Once a solution has been agreed on, it will be announced and feedback to students regarding the changes that will be implemented.Moderating and signposting students on Unitu, a platform where students can post issues and ideas, vote on them and speak with staff anonymously, allowing them to raise issues that some may feel too afraid to speak up about.
