My focus has been on enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency through technology. Some of the key areas I’ve worked on include:Digitizing Talent Management processes using platforms like SuccessFactors Talent Module, Talent Central, and custom-built tools such as Org Charts, Mi-Pulse, and 1-Pager views for People & Talent Profiles. I’ve also supported feedback mechanisms like 180/360-degree reviews and Individual Development Plans.Implementing AI-driven employee support systems, including chatbots integrated with enterprise-grade ChatGPT and Leena AI Helpdesk, across India, Africa, North America, and Emerging Markets. This includes features like Moodmeter and performance check-ins.Driving automation through RPAs for routine HR tasks such as bonafide letters, AD/mail ID creation, Adobe E-Sign integration, and auto-generation of offer letters.Rolling out recruitment systems like SuccessFactors RCM & RMK and TurboHire to streamline candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview feedback across multiple regions including India, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Morocco, and North America.Implementing onboarding solutions like Tydy across India, Africa, Emerging Markets, and the USA to enhance new hire experience.Enabling data-driven decision-making through analytics platforms like Tableau for Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Management, and CSR.Developing and deploying in-house applications such as MiVolunteering, Alumni Portal, and CiplaVerse (One Mobile App), and leveraging SharePoint for automating IJP mails, mentoring programs, and employee relations workflows.Introducing listening tools like Qualtrics to capture employee and candidate feedback across the lifecycle, including exit surveys.\"
