About Somnath Kundu

I am currently working as an Analog-Mixed Signal Design Engineer in SerDes Technology Group of AMD (previously Xilinx). Prior to that I was a Research Scientist in Intel\'s Wireless Communication Research Lab from 2016 to 2023. I received my PhD from University of Minnesota in 2016. My research interest is in the field of high performance and high speed analog-mixed signal circuit and system design, e.g. clock generators, wireless/wireline transceiver, data-converters, digital LDOs. I have 12+ years of industry work experience in Analog Mixed Signal and RF Circuit design. I was an Analog Design Engineer at STMicroelectronics from 2008 to 2012 in High-speed Serial Link team. I spent the summer of 2014 and 2015 as an Intern in San Francisco Bay area working at Xilinx and Rambus respectively.
