In my position as Project Manager Major Responsibilities: In my capacity as a Project Manager, I oversee the delivery for an enterprise account, diligently tracking cross-functional project teams spanning the APAC, EMA, and AMR regions. My role involves identifying growth opportunities and charting strategic roadmaps for expanding our service portfolio and executing transformation projects. I am responsible for generating and presenting regular service reports to client executive management, ensuring robust IT security measures, and actively participating in security incident responses. Additionally, I drive vulnerability management, enforce server compliance, define SLAs and KPIs for new service transitions, and effectively plan and manage mid to large-scale projects within specified budgets and timelines. I conduct daily stand-up meetings to assess project progress and address challenges, and I orchestrate various reports for dashboards, emphasizing the implementation of Agile practices to foster a more modern workplace culture. Key Accomplishment, I\'ve achieved during this role: Successfully managed & expanded IT Service & Delivery portfolio from $5M to $8.5M in 3 years. Lead global cross-functional team of 50+ members for technology and process transformation initiatives Achieved an annual saving of $160K/Year, by proposing, planning and Introducing new solutions in It Landscape, by reducing workload / FTE. Planned and deployed cloud security and auditor solutions, successfully minimised IT security threats by ~35%. Streamlined workflow and reduced downtime by deploying dashboards for critical services using Power BI.
