Proficient in club, cinema and hotel operations; worked with the best brands in the business like, DLF, Inox Leisure Ltd, Taj, and Carlson Rezidor. Adroit in implementing operational procedures, policies, service standards and compliances with control measures to reduce running costs of the unit/property. AIPL is a renowned real estate brand having major projects and hospitality assets in Gurugram, Ludhiana, Amritsar and other cities of PunjabPreviously worked with the DLF Home Developers Ltd. as Club Manager while handling one of DLF\'s luxury clubs in Chandigarh region, prior to DLF, was working with INOX Leisure as Unit Manager of the prime multiplex Crystal Palm at Jaipur since Jan 2017 and have lead the team to achieve the highest RPP in the state from any cinema. Before INOX, I worked with Fortune Bella Casa, Jaipur as Operation Manager & Food & Beverage Manager from June 2016 till October 2016, prior to that worked with Carlson Group since May 2012 till Mar 2016 in two destinations, Khajuraho & Udaipur as Food & Beverage Manager, was appreciated by the CEO (South Asia) Carlson Rezidor for outstanding performance. Before Carlson Group I worked as Asst. Food & Beverage Manager with Le Meridien Jaipur from Jan 2011 to May 2012.Prior to above joined Taj Rambagh Palace in June 2007 as Asst. Restaurant Manager and left in Dec 2010 as Restaurant Manager and before that was in the pre-opening team of Country Inn & Suites By Carlson where got promoted twice, joined as Captain in Oct 2004 and left as Restaurant Manager after in May 2007.
