I specialize in managing complex, multi-country technology transformations, with a strong track record in M&A integration, large-scale data migrations, and cloud modernization.I have led the IT workstream for key Aon M&A initiatives, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning through transition, while executing multiple critical data migration activities with a focus on stability, compliance, and minimal business disruption.
