I have 11 years experience within the custodial field where I have gained a strong reputation with diverse contacts. The nature of my work in security required me to display a consistent level of diligence and integrity and to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently. I have had specialised training within the Intelligence field and as a result have had a positive result in many intelligence led investigations. I am RIPA trained and have always carried out work to help contribute to the safety and security of the establishment.I have experience in dealing with professional standards and corruption investigations and have the ability to handle such cases with objectivity and to be trustworthy and requisite sensitivities of such work.As a Trainee Criminal Solicitor and Accredited Police Station Rep I have dealt with a wide variety of cases. My current case load consists of 26 Crown Court cases ranging from drugs to an attempted murder.I have recently had the pleasure of celebrating my first case which I saw through from start to finish. The case was a Conspiracy to Supply Class A and the result for my client was ‘ NOT GUILTY ‘My main duty as a Criminal Lawyer is to uphold the law while protecting a client\'s rights.I advise, research, and collect evidence to defend my clients in court. I have been very fortunate to work alongside the best Advocates and to be given a wide variety of interesting cases to work on. My experience within my roles have given me solid critical thinking, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.I am known to establish a good rapport with my clients, explain in lay terms the facts of their individual case, prepare them for court, handle court appearances and resolve their cases to the best of my ability.I am bi lingual and can speak Urdu, Punjabi, Mirpuri. As an individual I am reliable and self motivated and have the ability to work greatly as part of a team as well as on my own initiative. I can easily adapt to various working environments and roles. I am a very organised and punctual individual and I am always willing to learn new skills. Over the years I have come to acknowledge the significance of these skills in respect to my personal development.
