And when the workforce of an organisation thrives the organisation thrives too. Hi, I\'m Sally, a communications expert with three decades of experience. A passionate B Corp Leader and agency CEO, using business as a force for good. A wife and mum of three. An adult-diagnosed ADHD\'er. And excitingly an author in the making, currently working on my first book, where I\'ll be sharing my expert advice on how organisations can leverage the power of communication to increase productivity, get traction, drive positive culture, unleash innovation and outperform competitors. After co-founding creative communications agency, Something Big, more than two decades ago, I have since led our transition to employee-ownership in 2021 and B Corp certification in 2022. Commercially thriving for 25 years, Something Big, is my proof that business can be done differently. Better. In the journey to creating a better world, I\'m working hard to go beyond good intentions, promises and commitments by taking proactive action on fairness and equity in the workplace. I’m focused on reducing carbon emissions and inspiring others around me to do their bit, no matter how big or small.I get my joy from making a positive impact to people and planet through the businesses I guide (now more than 250) those I mentor and coach, and sharing my expertise through numerous speaking slots, webinars, podcasts and more.
