I am a product development and materials engineering specialist with 3+ years of expertise in finite element analysis (FEA), thermal/CFD simulation, and advanced structural testing for energy systems. My focus includes shock and vibrational analysis to assess the structural endurance of battery modules, even under harsh, marine (seawater) conditions.A significant aspect of my work involves the application and validation of epoxy potting materials in battery assemblies. This practice ensures critical electrical insulation and structural resilience—essential for enhancing safety, reliability, and performance under dynamic loads and environmental stress.At HBL Power Systems, I have led comprehensive simulation and experimental campaigns on batteries: conducting bolt force, compressive stress, and deformation studies, while analyzing the impact of seawater environments and energy transfer mechanisms from external casings to potted lithium cells.
