As a professional, I have experience in diverse profiles in Socio, political and civil society sector, I am deeply passionate about bringing in right impact by creatively using my abilities. With firm foundation in academics and research I have been able to make transition into corporate as well as social sector, applying the knowledge to real-life scenarios. I have varied experience has been gained through working for government organizations, not-for-profit organizations as well as corporate entities. I have also worked closely with government departments at central as well as state government level. My strength lies in adapting to need of the work profile and values of the organization and its environment. I have ability to manage diverse projects including Skill development, Entrepreneurship, Public Health, Social Marketing and Franchising as well as Consulting, to ensure implementation and achieve goals strategically. I have extensive knowledge and experience in developing strategies for future engagement with prospective/ potential partners, programme implementation, monitoring & documentation. I have experience in Business Development initiatives that include liaison with agencies both public (government) and private. I am experienced in managing large on field and corporate teams and ensuring optimum delivery.
