Platform28 is an employee owned SaaS company focused on the contact center industry. We are a small organically grown business where every employee has a voice and is empowered to improve our products and our commitment to excellent customer service. My roles and responsibilities are wide ranging, but also interconnected. I am the Director of Professional Services, assisting current and new customers in implementing our products and services within their organization. I am also their guide in discovering new and powerful tools that can be created and launched within our platform. Our goal is to understand our customers business processes and internal goals well enough that we can advise as if we were an actual team member and not a service provider. In as such, I am often tasked with the responsibility of guiding new product development specifically geared towards a clients needs, but also ultimately beneficial for all clients at the end of the day. I also wear the Chief Financial Officer hat, which includes financial management and oversight of our balance sheet and budget. In this role, I am able to understand the financial impact of each of our clients and the vendors we choose to work with as we continue to develop and improve our products and services. My other responsibilities include: human resources, project management and customer training. My previous experience includes raising capital and building relationships within the financial services industry.
