NAV Calculation & Fund Structures• Lead monthly & quarterly NAV review for a wide range of fund types:o Hedge Fundso Private Equity – Drawdown Structures, LBOs, Private Credit, Real Estate Fundso JV / SPV Entitieso Master-Feeder Structureso Ireland DACs & Singapore VCCs Security Valuation• Perform valuation of Level 2 & Level 3 securities in accordance with ASC 820 / IFRS 13. Complex Fee Computation• Calculate and review multiple fee structures including:o Waterfall Modelso Carried Interest / Performance Fees / Incentive Feeso Management & Servicing Fees Reconciliations & Break Resolution• Execute and monitor:o Cash, Trade, and Position Reconciliationso Break assignment, resolution, and escalation between custodians and AMCs Capital Activity Monitoring• Maintain detailed records of:o Capital Commitmentso Capital Calls / Deploymentso Capital Distributions Reporting & Analytics• Prepare and validate:o Performance & Attribution Reportso IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI Calculationso Gainers/Losers Reportso Monthly AUM Files ILPA & Regulatory Alignment• Ensure full compliance with ILPA reporting standards for private equity drawdown structures, promoting transparency and LP confidence. Domain Expertise• Apply strong technical and analytical skills to value illiquid, complex financial instruments using best industry practices. Global Mobility• Valid U.S. Visa Holder – open to international opportunities and relocation.
