With 25 years of international experience in the US and India, I am a multi-faceted professional who is passionate about teaching, research and creating value through entrepreneurship and innovation.I am also UGC NET qualified and Professor of Practice at Woxsen University, Hyderabad.As founder of Som\'s Studio, a successful venture launched in USA and the former manager and consultant for various world class organizations, including General Electric and IIT Hyderabad, I have acquired and applied skills in incubation, process improvement, training and development and strategy. I have also earned an MBA in Strategy from Drury University and a MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Finance, in addition to a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the American Society for Quality.My mission is to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators especially women in India.
