I advanced to the Lead position from the role of senior Cell Processing Quality Control Specialist, to serve as the subject matter expert leading validation and new methods for a group of assays involved in 32 current clinical trials. I also provide direct hands-on operation of the laboratory; and develop new methods to optimize lab procedures. I help with the schedule of quality control testing.
