From running my own small business to taking a leap of faith and moving halfway around the world, my journey has shaped me to be adaptable, resilient, and grounded in everything I do.Over the past 8+ years with the City of North Vancouver, I’ve progressed from a Technical Assistant to my current role as Manager, Development Services. Along the way, I’ve gained hands-on experience across a wide range of development and construction projects—both in the office and on site.My experience includes coordinating and overseeing complex projects, reviewing and approving engineering drawings, monitoring construction activities, and working closely with internal teams, consultants, and developers to deliver projects that meet City standards. I’ve also been involved in inspections, contract coordination, and ensuring projects align with timelines, technical requirements, and community expectations.In my current role, I focus on leading a team, supporting project delivery, and helping shape efficient, collaborative, and practical approaches to development within the City.I’m passionate about continuous learning, building strong relationships, and contributing to thoughtful, well-managed city-building.
