When learning felt natural it was because each bit of information and progress linked to another - crawling to walking to running. Learning to lead is the same. We learn through connections and connection. I\'m honored to design the connections in leader development for Huntington Bank.In less than a year, I\'ve spearheaded a training needs analysis at the organization and am in the process of translating our learning into a curriculum design for the first year of a leader\'s employ at Huntington.
