   On Job Task Skills –• Independently handling the HR related activities of Guwahati unit, planning and executed ER and IR activities for the unit. • Responsible for formulating and introducing HR Policies and ensuring proper adherence of the same.• Looking after all the HR related activates like End to end recruitment process, induction of new employees, employees T&D activates by identifying training need of each individual employees and planning and conducting training accordingly. Also responsible for regular planning, arranging and conducting R&R, EE activities among the employee.• Handling HR Generalist activities including related statutory compliances like handling Labor & Factory department, lessoning with all concern Govt. departments, drafting of employment standing order and introducing the same, coordinating with the EHS Department for safety. Coordinating with HO etc.• Handling other HR activities like conducting employee’s appraisal (performance review), planning and ensuring smooth processing of the same.• Responsible for identifying, planning and execution of company CSR activities.• Employee grievance handling, coordinating among the departments, teams and building work culture preparing monthly HRIS Data’s etc.
