Key Responsibilities: • Lead, motivate, and manage store staff to ensure high performance and productivity. • Achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, and control expenses. • Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and addressing customer needs. • Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment. • Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and store appeal. • Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and forecast future sales trends. • Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational standards. • Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a skilled workforce. • Monitor cash handling, POS operations, and financial transactions for accuracy. • Plan staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
