Almost 20 years ago I joined the corporate world in the Learning and Development arena and have been steadily at it since training and creating learning experiences is my passion! I started off with Training Delivery and gradually moved to the e-learning segment. Instructional Design is my core skill and I have built upon it over the years. I am a qualified e-learning consultant and advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the training industry. So far, I have crafted learning solutions (Digital Transformations, Self-paced Learning, Blended Learning, K-12, Higher Ed, Social Learning Platforms, Ecosystem Based Journeys, etc.) for over 14+ industry verticals across the globe and have hands-on experience in working with new gen LMS/LXPs as well as technologies such as AR, VR. My work covers areas ranging from Compliance, Sales Training, Microlearning, Gamification and Game Based Learning, Scenario Based Learning, Video Based Learning, Induction and Onboarding, DEI & B, etc. In my current role, I do the following: • As a Practice Head, I lead a domain of diversely skilled Instructional Designers (45+ direct reports and 80+ overall), focus on their career progression and development, as well as equip the domain for the evolving learning landscape. • As a part of the Solution Architecting team, I am responsible for solutioning all custom content requirements as well as handling presales and RFPs actively.
