From 17th Feb 2022 to till 28th Sept 2022 working with “FIBRO PLASTICHEM (INDIA) PVT.LTD.”[ISO 9001:2015] Dankuni, Hoogly,India as QC Engineer. • My responsibility is to maintain all QC activities of FRP/GRP items Pressure Vessel, Tube, Chemical Process Equipments like Storage Tank, Pipe, FRP Grating, FRP Pultruded Product, FRP Pole, FRP walkway Bridge & others development items like FGD Chimney Gutters, Deck plate etc. • Our Project partners are Tata Steel Ltd, Dangote, Orient paper mills, ASM chemical, J K Paper Ltd, Grasim India, Jindal Ltd, L&T, Naini Paper, Power gas, GACL, Tata Power,Tata Project etcWORKING DETAILS: • Perform inspection of incoming products & raw materials, materials or customer items According to job order, such as measure and record the dimension of components using Measuring instruments and analyze the findings for discrepancy.• Perform destructive, non destructive test, hardness test and raise report where necessary, take Photograph for recording purpose.• Perform in process inspection according to QAP/drg/procedure/Standards and customer’s Specification. Raise report whenever necessary.• Perform final inspection with TPIA of items including dimensional, NDT to ensure that all Quality requirements have been achieved as per QAP/drg/standard/internal procedure. Analyze result and decide the acceptance level of final product.• Raise non conformance report and submit to immediate supervisor. Interact with customer & Attend to their need.• Prepare test procedure whenever needed and any other related duties as assigned.• Making job wise required documents like procedure, working instruction etc.• Quality document entry in ERP & SAP software.
