Responsible for the German financial control team and regional performance as Regional Controller for CE, my focus in on elevating financial capability with contemporary skillsets and mature processes, governance and ICS adherence. Accountable for financial leadership across six countries representing revenue of €250M+ and management of the Germany finance organisation, including financial governance, internal controls and compliance. I function as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director and other senior leaders. I led and supported organisational transformation, operationalising the Germany finance department and driving a series of transformation-related initiatives for the region. I’m currently positioning Central Europe operations for growth by creating synergies across the business and identifying opportunities to achieve efficiencies. I’m actively involved in strategic initiatives and organisational transformation projects including restructuring some of our businesses and leading acquisition integration.

I am a commercially minded Head of Finance and transformation partner with proven experience leading both country-level and regional finance teams at scale and a foundation in buy- and sell-side M&A advisory. Specifically, my passion is transformation. I take the time to understand what drives performance, and what impedes it.
