About Solveig Kusmik

I am currently a Supply Chain Portfolio Analyst at Leprino Foods Company in Denver, Colorado.I expanded my world perspectives and studied abroad in Oslo, Norway for the Fall 2017 Semester. For the summer of 2017 I had a finance internship at Leprino Foods. I worked within several departments, including Accounting, Master Data/Shared Services, and Accounts Payable. I had an internship at Norway House for the summer of 2016 in Minneapolis, Minnesota where I worked with the Program Director along with several others involved with this non-profit organization. With a Management and Nordic Studies major I have gained communication skills in several different areas. I have taken courses such as Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, the Norwegian language, History, and several other courses because of my liberal arts education. I have a strong ability to work with others to achieve a common goal as I was a member of the Luther College Women’s Basketball team for four years and was on the basketball team’s Leadership Council.
