I’m an innovator at heart and a builder by calling. For over a decade, I’ve been leading k-12 education programs, managing projects, and driving non-profit operations with a focus on culturally responsible and impact driven work. Whether I’m developing curriculum, managing the classroom, or leading strategic institutional initiatives - I approach every challenge with a problem solving mindset and a commitment to excellence. My goal is always the same: to create systems that work and that work for people.My passion is youth development, I take great pride in building strong relationships and supporting students holistically - academically, socially, and emotionally. I often describe myself as a “student development architect,” because my role is designing intentional, sustainable pathways for young people to grow, thrive, and lead. I believe in the power of tailored instruction, meaningful mentorship, and programs that prioritize both academic success and social-emotional wellness. My objective is to build student\'s competency, confidence, and character by focusing on evidence based strategies and creating sustainable systems that empower young people, especially in math and science, through a supportive and inspiring environment that allows students to be seen, supported, and stretched to reach their full potential.
