I build AI products and I\'ve also written the rules for how AI gets deployed responsibly.At AWS, I shipped ML products serving millions of users. As Maryland\'s first AI Policy Director, I authored the state\'s inaugural AI policy framework and introduced \"governance cards,\" a novel approach to shipping AI responsibly at enterprise scale (25+ agencies, employees).I\'ve sat on both sides of the table: building AI products and writing the rules for how they get deployed. That dual perspective changes how you think about shipping AI that actually works.I\'m technical. I prototype. I reason about architecture, evals, guardrails, and cost, not just roadmaps and user stories. With dual PhDs in Computer Science and Translational Biomedical Sciences, I can go deep with engineering and translate for executives.Currently focused on: AI product strategy, enterprise AI deployment, and helping organizations scale AI in high-stakes environments where compliance, quality, and speed all matter.Background: Princeton engineering. Selected for the Aspen Institute\'s Rising Civic AI Leaders program, a national initiative training government AI leaders on policy impact. Invited speaker on AI across 10+ countries.
