I am a continuous improvement manager as part of Eaton’s Global Leadership Development Program(GLDP). I get to find waste and drive improvement across all functions of the manufacturing plant. I received my MBA from Georgia Tech\'s Scheller College of Business and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M, where I learned to think logically, systematically and oftentimes outside the box.I spent five years at AT & T, in a leadership and technical development program, which rotated participants between engineering and sales support roles.While at Georgia Tech I interned at Tesla Motors in their new product introduction team and found the role exciting, having to collaborate with many cross functional teams.
