   The Horne Companies encompass a diverse array of entities, including multiple corporations, limited liability companies, trusts, and an estate. The organization boasts a varied portfolio, featuring assets such as office buildings, expansive land and development holdings, assisted living facilities, small utilities, and hotels. Solomon has played a pivotal role in overseeing operations, managing capital and tenant improvement projects, and handling leasing activities for over square feet of commercial office space. He has contributed to the acquisition of several multi-million-dollar commercial assets and spearheaded the successful sale of an sq ft office building in Tempe, Arizona. Notably, Solomon played a key role in obtaining Sector Plan Approval for a 540-acre master-planned industrial business park in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His collaborative efforts extend to working with architectural, general contracting, and engineering firms, as well as various governmental agencies. Leveraging his accounting degree, Solomon actively prepares, reviews, and analyzes financial statements for over 30 entities. His current responsibilities include overseeing budgets, managing cash flow, and providing financial reporting to partners and lenders.Teen Mental Health House Ad Hoc Committee MemberAppointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Solomon contributes as a member of the Ad Hoc Committee on Teen Mental Health. Comprising representatives from the House of Representatives and the community, the committee conducts research and reviews information on how substance abuse, depression, mental illness, bullying, and social media impact youth mental health and potential teen suicide. The committee aims to identify solutions and provide recommendations to both public and private agencies, with the overarching goal of addressing teen mental health issues and improving access to mental health care.
